Where are the dresses made?

All the dresses are designed and hand-crafted in my home workshop in Forest Hills, NY. I’m a one-woman operation.

What payment options do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express via Paypal.

Do I need a Paypal account?

No, Paypal will allow you to process the payment as a guest, not requiring you to sign up for an account.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?

If you live within New York City, clothing and footwear under $110 are exempt from New York City's 4.5% sales tax. Starting on April 1, 2011, clothing and footwear under $55 will be exempt from the entire sales tax in New York State. For customers outside of New York, please check with your state for sales and use tax information regarding the tax you may owe directly for your purchase.

How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

I do not ship internationally because it is impossible for me to track the package unless sent via FedEx or DHL which would be prohibitively expensive. If you're willing to pay for FedEx/DHL service, we can talk.

Shipping and handling in the U.S. is $4.95 for the 1st item and $1.95 for each additional item. Shipping is free for orders $75 or over.

What is your return policy?

I accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in the original condition (no stains, rips). Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

How long will it take to ship my order?

I ship within 5 business days. I ship using USPS which varies depending on the UPS service you select.

How accurately do the dresses match the color on the website?

While I make every effort to represent color accurately, every monitor is different and I cannot guarantee the colors you see match the colors of actual fabric.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Gift wrapping adds a delightful touch. I carefully hand-finish your gift with your personal message, gift box, wrapping paper and topped with bow. Just $8.50.
